Creative Marketing and Communications Director
Amanda Bertholf is a Creative Marketing and Communications Director for Sobar. She was trained in the Department of Film and Media Culture, where she received her B.A. in International and Global Studies with regional and disciplinary specializations in European Studies (Italian proficiency) and Film and Media Culture, respectively. She received additional training in film and media pedagogy at the School of Humanities and Education at the University of Florence. Since graduating from Middlebury in 2016, she’s worked as a consultant for the Advisory Board Company and United Health Care Group, Optum Inc. in Washington, D.C., interned for both the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of American History as a Curatorial Intern and the United States Representatives Office as a Congressional Intern in Washington, D.C., and worked as a Project Manager for the Leadership Essential Howard County Community Impact Project in Columbia, MD. Curretly, in her free time, Amanda is preparing to compete for Miss Maryland USA in the Spring of 2021.
