Keli (Kelianne) Ramos is currently an IT Project Manager at Enterprise Community Partners, a national non-profit whose mission is to create opportunity for low- and moderate-income people through affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities.  Her experience as a project manager, business analyst, customer success manager, business relationship manager and trainer has given her insight into the practical aspects of business management.  She is a certified Administrator, accomplished Toastmaster and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Johns Hopkins University.  Most recently, Keli has completed the Leadership Essentials of Howard County program at Loyola University and will be continuing to participate in the future as a coach and program committee member.

Previously, Keli was a principle owner in Fuller Enterprises, specializing in real estate development, Zendell and Associates, a software development firm and Chesapeake Administrators, Inc., a health insurance administration company.  She is in the process of founding her first non-profit, Something of My Own, LLC, which helps adults learn the Salesforce platform and find employment at other non-profit companies.  She has designed the Citizen Developer Journey as a way to empower people to lead from their seat by learning technology skills and a customer-centric approach to business.  Her personal interests include sailing, swimming, travel, writing and sewing.
